Bananas. The holy grail of quarantine
When quarantine started in March grocery store and convenience store shelves were bare as people were stocking up on toilet paper, Lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, and bananas. The last item does not exactly fit the mold for what you may need during the time of a global pandemic. However, people were making the most of their time at home and one of the most popular activities was baking. Baking banana bread to be exact. I was one of those people.
Now baking banana bread does not only need to be a quarantine activity and I have been making it for years. Here are some of my favorite recipes that use bananas:
